preparation, Teamwork and a fierce will to win. It is also fun!! People do their
best learning when they are having fun.
Teamwork is the engine that drives most companies and is essential to your company’s
success. TEAM BUILDING at RPM provides a unique opportunity to engage the members
of your team with fun and challenging experiences that will promote teamwork and
improve communication.

Race Day Agenda
Le Mans Race Includes:
- Practice ‑ Qualifying
‑ Team Endurance Race.
- RPM Membership and Head
Sock for all drivers.
- Reserved area in the Skybox.
- Kart Trophies for the
top three teams and a Victory Celebration.
- Formats are available
for larger groups and can be tailored for special requirements.
Event Format:
- Arrival
Our Event Director greets your group upon arrival and all the attendees sign in
and strike a pose for the picture on their RPM Membership Card. Drivers are given
the proper race attire and then suited up.
- Team Up
Selection of 10 Teams (usually pre‑assigned). Selection of Team Leader and
a Team Name.
- Safety Briefing
Video
The Race Director briefs all the drivers on safe driving conduct, signals, and race
format.
- Timed Practice
Each Driver will compete in a 10 lap practice race to decide who your team will
use to qualify.
- Qualifying Race
Each team will select a Driver to compete in a 5 Lap Qualifying Race to determine
your Teams starting position in the Endurance Race.
- Break (Optional)
Now would be a great time to break and get refueled. Ask our event coordinator about
our catering options.
- Pit Stop Challenge
(Optional ‑ not part of package)
Get the team connected before competing in the final race by doing the pit stop
challenge. Teams work together to plan out how to perform the fastest pit stop on
an actual NASCAR race car. Each team will perform a driver change, tire change,
and learn to work together for the perfect pit stop.
- Race
The karts are placed on the starting grid positions and each Team will select their
Driver to start the race. The green flag drops and the race is on! The Team completing
the most laps during the race is the winner.
- Pit Stop
During the race, Teams will signal their kart into the pit for a different driver
to take over the racing. Each Team will determine Driver order and when to pit for
a Driver change. Each member of the Team must complete at least one lap. Team strategy
is an important factor in winning the Endurance Race.
- Victory Celebration
The winning Team takes a Victory Lap as the crowd goes wild!
- Awards Ceremony
The top 3 Teams take their place on the Winners Podium and the trophies are awarded.
Organizers can make announcements during the ceremony, take pictures and award prizes.
Teams are presented with their Track Smack sheets detailing all lap times and finishing
positions.
